Your spouse or de facto partner, and dependent children can apply to come to Ireland at the end of a 12 month waiting period. You must be earning enough money to support your family. If you have no children, then you must earn at least €30,000 per year for your spouse or partner to join you in Ireland.

30K should be the gross salary that you must earn in order to bring the family without kids. If you have two kids, it should be more than that. Look for point 17.6 on the policy

Just the current salary of 30K is enough.
